[The Basic Knowledge](https://www.iski.help/en/faq/track-your-ski-day?hsLang=en#the-basic-knowledge) # Tracking with a Smartwatch Activity is recorded with the Watch, this activity is imported into the respective Health App, depending on the operating system (Android: Google Fit/iOS: Apple Health). Next, open the iSKI app and select "ME" in the bottom toolbar. Under "ME" you will find the option "Import training".  Here the tracks appear automatically as soon as they are available in the Google Fit/Apple Health app (Attention: Since the Google Fit/Apple Health apps have to synchronise with the respective iSKI app, there may be waiting times before the respective track is visible in the iSKI app).
